Payment terms will be outlined in a separate agreement between the writer and the client. We are not responsible for any disputes related to payments.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes to these Terms, we will post the revised Terms on our platform and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where we are located, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
